Our trademark answers to the surnames of the grandparents of the current owners of the company, JEAN AND ANNE CHAYEE BOURRAS. We wanted to pay homage to those pioneers; to their spirit to overcome difficulties, to their abnegation, and the mantle of love laid out over the generations, leaving an indelible impression on our families.
