THE OWL

Since the beginning of the company, on the top of an old palm tree, in front of what is today the building of the winery, we found out that a white owl  (also known as Silver Owl, Demon Owl, Ghost Owl among other names) had his nest. For the family he has a particular meaning: he is not a visitor, but part of these dreams and silent faithful witness of all what has happened.
At nightfall when he comes out, he flies over the park of the winery, as if he were supervising everything in half-light. This is the only moment he can be seen. He is still there.
